I'd like to take a moment to recognise Liang for her outstanding support. She produced the data for an important presentation incredibly quickly, and did so with a friendly and positive attitude throughout. Her dedication and responsiveness made a real difference, and she truly demonstrated what it means to be a great partner. I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the work that went into enhancing the dashboards with the operational area filters across the CAPA, Complaint, Deviation, ECO, IA, and QFB workbooks. Your leadership and delivery of this enhancement have led to the successful completion. It's clear that a significant amount of time, technical expertise, and thoughtful design went into building this functionality. The seamless filtering capability, along with the intuitive toggle behavior, reflects a deep understanding of both the data and the end-user experience. The added clarity around unmapped Dept/BU assignments is also extremely valuable and shows a strong attention to detail. These enhancements will make it much easier for teams to navigate the data, focus on relevant operational areas, and extract meaningful insights more efficiently. From day one, Liang has exemplified our core values—bringing innovation to her work, partnering seamlessly with teams, showing unwavering dedication, and fostering a friendly and collaborative environment. Most importantly, she consistently demonstrates our commitment to doing the right thing, ensuring quality and accuracy in all she does. These values along with Liang's knowledge of reporting and expertise in Tableau will continue to make her a valuable member of the Quality Assurance team! During her internship, Liang made a significant impact by creating new visualizations for key performance indicators (KPIs), for our quality organization. These new and improved visualizations will help teams gain clearer insights and make data-driven decisions more effectively. Her passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement has already made a difference.

Liang and Kevin did an amazing job with presentation to the QALT. They were organized and efficient and handled lots of questions from the team. Liang's slides and delivery were totally solid, you can tell she has been giving this training a few times already. Kevin jumped in at just the right times and also was very generous in his recognition of Liang for her hard work. Overall these two really represented our team well, and showcased the new tools that have been developed! I really appreciate it, and I know it will help to get the support we need to use the dashboards to manage our business.

One of Liang's most significant achievements has been the successful launch of the new Tableau reports for Global KPIs. Her dedication, proactive support, and commitment to identifying optimal solutions were instrumental to the success of this project. Over the past year, Liang has been an invaluable colleague to me – not only in a professional capacity, particularly during the preparation of the Global Management Review when I was managing multiple priorities, but also on a personal level. Her optimism and approachable nature consistently made our meetings enjoyable and productive. Whenever I had questions or suggestions for improving the reports, Liang was always willing to engage, explore options, and deliver thoughtful solutions. Even when faced with complex or unfamiliar queries, she demonstrated resourcefulness and determination by investigating thoroughly to provide the best possible support. Liang is an excellent communicator – professional, friendly, and consistently supportive. It has been a genuine pleasure working with her, and I look forward to future opportunities for collaboration.
