As a Business Analyst at CooperVision, I've found that the work I enjoy most starts when someone brings me a challenge. Whether it's improving a process, understanding performance trends, or identifying the root cause of an issue, I enjoy digging into the data, uncovering insights, and translating them into practical recommendations.
Over the past two years, I've partnered with stakeholders across functions to redefine KPIs, automate reporting processes, and develop dashboards that support decision-making. One of my largest initiatives reduced reporting effort by more than 160 hours per month, allowing teams to spend less time gathering information and more time acting on it.
What excites me most isn't building reports—it's seeing ideas turn into results. I enjoy taking ownership from problem definition through implementation, then measuring outcomes to understand whether we've truly improved. That combination of analytics, operational execution, and continuous improvement is what draws me to business operations.
